Holiday Pie Ordering

Pre-Order your freshly made pies for Thanksgiving.

Pre-order a freshly made pie and enjoy your holiday season.  All proceeds will support the St. Coletta's of Illinois programs for adults and children with intellectual and developmental disabilities. St. Coletta's of Illinois is proud to offer a skilled and talented Culinary Arts Program. The Kennedy School offers this program to students as life skills training and potential job training. 


How do I order? 

Just fill out this form and mail to St. Coletta's or email it to! You can also fax it to (708)342-2579. Payments can be made at time of pickup with cash or check.  


What payments are accepted?

We can accept cash or personal check.  Please make all checks payable to St. Coletta's of Illinois.

When is my order due?

Thanksgiving pies must be ordered and paid for by Monday, November 18th if you are ordering less than 25 pies. For larger orders please submit orders by Monday, November 4th. You may call the Culinary Arts Program at (708)342-5200 to arrange orders. 

When can I get my pies?

Thanksgiving orders will be available on November 25th-27th from 8:30 am until 3:30 pm.

What if I need a different pick up time?

This will need to be arranged with our culinary department directly.  Please call the Culinary Arts Program at  (708)342-5200 and schedule your individual pick up. 

I have an allergy or dietary restriction! Can I still order?

We will do our best to accommodate all restrictions.  Please call the Culinary Arts Program at (708)342-5200 to discuss special accommodations.  

Who makes these pies? 

St. Coletta's of Illinois Culinary Arts Program! Our students will make these pies fresh as part of their training.  All food is handled under the supervision of a licensed culinary professional and all students have received their ServSafe Food Handler certification.
