2019 Golf Registration Form
30th Anniversary Kennedy Invitational Golf Event
Please fill out the information below if you are interested in a single or group golf reservation. You can pay online through papal after you submit your registration, or you can mail a check directly to St. Coletta's.
Golfer Entry Fee
$500 per participant
$2,000 per team
Each entry fee includes: Lunch, Greens Fees, Golf Cart, Cocktails, and Hors d’oeuvres.
After you submit the form above, You must pay for your reservation within 10 days of placing it.
